This is a one page website that will include your business name, contact information,
contact email link, short description of your services, map, hours of operation, 1 printable
online coupon and up to 3 optional photos. Online business cards are for business's on a
budget.

Page length can be as long as this page (page property of 5,000). Just scroll down to
get an idea of the length. You have free choice of all options: Credit Card Payment
buttons, Donate Buttons, "You Tube" videos, up to 25 photos or thumbnail photos,
animated clip art, contact box form, feedback box form, custom form box, links, map
and or reverse direction map, tables and charts and printable online coupons.
You can choose among a large selection of pre-made templates. There will be more
templates to choose from than what is displayed on the HOME page. Once I know
your business category, I will show you all the ones that will apply to you. You have the
free choice of all options: credit card payment buttons, donate buttons, "You Tube"
videos, up to 25 photos or thumbnails photos, animated clip art, contact box form,
feedback box form, custom form box, links, map and/or reverse direction map, tables
and charts and printable online coupons.
When you have 3 or more pages, you have the option of a navigational bar. You can
have up to 25 photos per additional page.
This entails anything of a temporary nature. For instance: Special events, for sale items,
website party invitations, anniversary tributes, marriage proposals, I love you's,
memorial tributes, announcements ect... Website can have up to 3 optional photos and
will be the length of what is visible on the computer monitor without scrolling down.
You name it, and I can do just about anything with a picture. It can be basic things like
lightening up a dark picture, cropping, going to sepia, black & white or any other color
variations, special effects, fixing blemishes of any nature. Premium photo retouching
would be larger projects like removing unwanted items out of a picture to make it just
perfect. So if you have a photo that you like... all except for that one little something,
chances are I can fix it. The price with this is on a case by case basis according to your
needs. A basic common fix would be $25.00. A larger project like removing multiple
objects out of a picture could be as high as $60.00.

When choosing a web designer, ask yourself what will happen if you want to part
ways? I set up your site, and rest assured, if anything goes amiss, you will be able to
replace your web designer (me!) with minimum hassle. If you are maintaining the
website yourself, you already will have your own User ID and Password. If I am
maintaining your website, I can simply transfer the payment of the web hoster back to
you, or whoever you choose, and you will have your own User ID/Password at that
time. This assures you that you don't have to start all over again with another web
designer. You are in control.
If you are ready to go ahead with a website, simply click on my contact page for email
and phone info. Please include the best hours/days that you can be reached at and I
will contact you on the phone for a consultation to discuss in detail what you would like
your website to contain and any exchange of ideas. In the meantime, please read
through a checklist of options to consider prior to our phone consultation.
While creating your website, I will do a maximum of 3 rounds of revisions for
"custom websites", if needed, to achieve your vision. Thereafter, if more custom
revisions are requested, it will be $30.00 per hour. For "custom templates", I
will offer you all the selections I have.
For "Preferred" maintained websites, any changes you request to your website
will have a 2 hour work time limit per month. When 2 hours has been reached,
you will be notified, and any extra time will be counted at $16.00 an hour extra,
per your request to continue.
All websites that are self-maintained by you (except temporary) will have a web hoster
monthly charge of $12.95 that will be processed to your credit card. The web hoster is
an independent third party completely separate from Preferred Website Design. It is to
their discretion to make any changes in monthly fee's...I simply quote their current fee.
If you decide you would like the website maintained for you, Preferred Website Design
will bill you $50 monthly via postal mail, email payment request or online
payment...whatever is most convenient to you. All monthly website changes
requested can be done via email or telephone.I will make any changes you request to
your website up to a 2 hour maximum allowance per month. When 2 hours work time
allowance in a month have been reached, you will be notified and any extra time will
be counted at $16.00 an hour extra, per your request to continue.
According to your personal preference, bills can be sent out via postal mail or email
payment form (for credit, debit or PayPal payments). For convenience, I also have an
online payment page on the website. I accept personal checks, cashier's checks,
money orders, credit cards, debit cards and PayPal.
Please write out checks to "Preferred".
You can purchase as many as you like with the web hoster.
